
Studio Policies
What is the cancellation policy?
Guests may cancel their booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund of their booking price.
Guests may cancel their booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable.
Late Arrivals
Please contact me if you will be up to 20 minutes late. More than 20 minutes late with no contact will be considered a no-show.
Sick Policy
Please reschedule if you are unwell, have a cold sore, or have a contagious condition.
GUESTS
You are responsible for the actions and behavior of any guests you bring into the studio during your booking.
No Smoking / Open Flames
Smoking, vamping, or open flames are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Lost or Missing Item
Any items that go missing during your session will be charged to the card on file at replacement cost.

Do you allow outside equipment?
Yes — you’re welcome to bring your own gear.
Is parking available?
Free parking is available on-site.
Do you allow outside makeup artists or stylists?
Yes — outside vendors are welcome. Please use the staging/glam room and keep common areas tidy.
How do I access the studio?
You will be provided an access code for the studio on the day of your rental.
Is there elevator access?
There is no elevator access. We are located on the 2nd floor so you will have to go up one flight of stairs.
is there an attendant on site?
Yes, there will be an attendant there at the start of your booking to make sure you are situated. More than likely the attendant will remain on site for the entirety of your rental time.
